Understanding of design tradeoffs related to SLAs, resilience, high availability, disaster recovery, cost, etc.

Hands-on experience with data management best practices, principles and disciplines including data governance, data quality, data security, analytics and BI, and data architecture.

Good communicative and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience in developing roadmaps, specifications and designs for complex services or modifying/maintaining complex existing solutions, preparing technical proposals on services and technologies to be used, leading an engineering team through technical decision making.
